The Smoky Hill High School Honor Band is a massive effort to engage high school music students in the area with other professional musicians and let them experience new avenues of musical creativity. We caught up with Dr. Carl Rowles, the Director of Bands here at K-Dub and asked him to explain a bit more about the program.
