Welcome back! I’m Jacob Fallon, bringing you another food review! Today, we will be looking at Coop’s Pizzeria. I have gone to this three different times, and I have gotten all different items. So it’s about time I gave a proper review!

Coop’s has been open for about sixteen years, and has accumulated 4.7/5 stars with over 500 reviews on Google Reviews! It’s about time I made a written review about Coop’s, so let’s get into it.

Food of the Day

Looking at the menu, it’s simple, all simple pizzeria dishes. 

First up, the wings, I got mild wings, and they were solid. They were decent-sized wings, not overly sauced, and the chicken itself was decent. 6.7/10, not bad for pizzeria wings.

Next, the calzone, so far, this is the best calzone in Salina.

Now everything about it was so good. It was cooked to perfection, and the cheese and the pepperonis tasted amazing. Calzone was overloaded with one thing: a good mix of all items. The bread was also amazing; it was fresh and tasted really good.

I gave an 8.2/10 on the Calzone. However, I do think if I got it well done, it would be a little higher. This Calzone is good, but not the best I have had.

Lastly, the main event is the Pizza. I got a simple cheese pizza, and it was also good. Good cheese-to-sauce ratio and a crispy crust. 8.5/10, probably the best in Salina.

Summary

• Service: 10/10 – I have never had a bad experience here, and the staff is also very friendly
• Price: 6/10 – Not bad, but it can get expensive quickly.
• Food: 7.8/10 – Consistently good every time.

Overall, Coop’s gets a 7.9/10, and I highly recommend the calzone!
