Best Burger Deal in Salina?
Salutations! Fallon Food Reviews is bringing you another food review! Today, we will be checking out Paramount Bar. I decided to go here because of its $6 burger and fries on Wednesday after 4 pm.
Paramount has been open for about 80 years! Easily one of the oldest places in Salina. It has 4.6/5 stars on Google Reviews. Located off Santa Fe, right across from the Alley, let’s see what it has to offer.

Food of the Day
The menu was your average bar menu—burger, wings, sandwiches, etc. I decided to get the Paramount Double Burger.
This consisted of two 1/4 pound patties, topped with Swiss and cheddar cheese; lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles with sriracha aioli.
Honestly, it was a lot, and the burger was very filling. I didn’t think it was bad; However, all the extra toppings took away from the overall burger taste.
Furthermore, I decided to give it a 6.6/10, but for the price its worth it. It wasn’t bad by any means, but not the best or near the best I’ve had.
I went with a few teammates, and they agreed.
“Very Good Burger” – Garrett Garfield
“Fried Bologna Sandwich, Was Pretty Fire” – Drew Wardell
“Solid Burger” – Blake Dale
Altogether, we enjoyed the Paramount Bar and will be planning on returning.
The lady serving us was amazing and really made our time at Paramount enjoyable!
Summary
- Service: 10/10, waitress was awesome
- Price: 10/10, $6 burger and fries can’t be beaten (only on Wednesday after 4 pm)
- Food: 6.6/10, it wasn’t bad, just a lot going on
Overall, Paramount Bar gets an 8.9/10!
I highly recommend this place as I feel like it is kind of under the radar.
